To my friends in SC. I called SC department of revenue at 864-241-1200 in Greenville. This is persuant of state code 12-21-5020. I have received the application and have loaded it into the photo gallery. I also have it as PDF file so if needed i can email it to you. It only requires to pay the $3.50 per gram, so it so far as been the simplest and easiest to fill out. You have to send to Columbia or drive to the central office there.
